In 1997 Ben formed a business relationship with a well known developer who specialised in land subdivisions, commercial retail and residential real estate. Working throughout Queensland Ben worked project to project liaising with real estate agents and marketing medians to achieve sale targets. Naturally the transition for Ben to begin specialising in residential real estate was relatively easy and he became an industry expert in the marketing of homes via the auction method, Ben became renowned for his results and in turn his profile continued to grow. At 21 Ben became the youngest business owner of the Harcourts Group. Personally he has received multi platinum sales awards, number one Auction Salesperson for Queensland, number one Marketing award and his businesses where regularly listed in the top 5 offices of the Harcourts Group. Ben’s business interests in the group quickly grew to include the franchise areas of Bundaberg, Bargara, Woodgate and Hervey Bay. But he wasn’t content to rest on his laurels; an opportunity arose whereby he could buy the franchise areas of Palm Beach, Varsity Lakes and Harcourts Project Marketing on the Gold Coast. Ben’s special interest lies with Project Marketing, which at present operates throughout Queensland. He has plans to expand nationally with his recently formed a partnership with Sands Management, the most successful operators of privately owned Management Rights on the Gold Coast. Some of Sands Management operations are regarded as being in the top ten family run resorts world-wide. Ben’s success has been put down to his dedication, experience and passion for what he does. Living and breathing real estate from an early age is it any wonder that Ben has been acknowledged as the best in his field not only for his ability, but also his client satisfaction.
